ABSTRACT

According to the study executed by NASSCOM and Everest India, the Indian BPO sector have been growing at more than 35 percent within the last three years and currently believed at US$ 26-29 billion and could increase nearly five-fold to reach US$50 billion in proportion by 2012. The THAT enabled services (BPO) sector is being looked upon as another big career generator. It truly is, no doubt, one of many toughest process for an HR director in this sector, to connect the increasing demand and supply gap of execs. He has to find the right kind of people who will keep pace with the unique operate patterns in this industry. Contributing to this is the obstacle of retaining consistency in performance and keeping the determination levels substantial, despite the tedious work. The toughest matter for an HR administrator in India is, yet , the high attrition rate which is roughly 30-35 percent at present.
