This paper will discuss program preparing models that are currently utilized in the discipline of adult education. Literatures support the importunity of program preparing in the setup of educational program for adults. It is obvious that even though each model is different, they each also have similarities. Each version has four distinguished periods. Most models come with all four stages or any aspect of Preparing, Designing, Implementing and Assessing. P. A. R. Elizabeth. model originated to support most stages of program planning. The flexibility in the P. A. R. Elizabeth. model enables incorporation of best and current methods in medical education. Merriam, Caffarella, & Baumgartner (2007) stated that demographics, globalization, and technology are three forces affecting adult learning endeavors. The same authors as well claimed that for the first time of all time, there are even more adults living in the U. S. than younger persons and the median age since 2004 was 36 years old. These adults have a longer and more fruitful life span, will be better informed, with more variety; racially, culturally and ethnically, and are seeking higher education. A global economy and the information world brought an enormous difference inside the configuration in the work area which molded the characteristics of learning which in turn adults happen to be committed to carry out; where to find out, what is readily available, and who have are involved. Finally, people coming from all walks of life have higher access and opportunities for informal learning through the growth of solutions and wide variety production info (Merriam, Caffarella, & Baumgartner, 2007). Universities and colleges must prepare an educational program to fulfill the educational demands of these adult populations. Plan planners intended for adult education must consider human, business and environment as key factors (Caffarella 2002, g. 59). In facilitating the adult learning needs, is it doesn't responsibility coming from all colleges and universities to get a context-relevant subjects that is attentive to learners, social factors, wellness, and community situations as well as serious account for system design, software implementation, content material that should be within the program, and transfer of learning (Iwasiw, Goldenberg, & Andrusyszyn, 2009, p. 102). The variety of mature populations needs a need for creative and scholarly programs. Evidence of diversity in the adult human population is noticeable in nursing jobs colleges and universities. This kind of reality requires nursing education to develop an innovative curriculum, varied, and with the objective of producing a good, contextual, and significant program (Iwasiw, Goldenberg, & Andrusyszyn, 2009, g. 3). Indeed, the success in mature education is because good preparing. According to Leinster (2003), good educational programs are the product of the well-planned curriculum. The planning needs to be well organized, powerful and clear. The planners thoughtfully consider the program plus the delivery from the contents, software evaluation plus the available solutions that will help the transition from the program. Great planning manuals the adviser to bring the theory to its reality. Multiple ranges of knowledge and skill are necessary to go through a fancy process of preparing. Program planners may employ multiple ideas, models, and approaches to establish a framework which will guide practice. In mature education, it is crucial to design programs that best suit the mature population. Plan planning can be looked at in a various ways. It might be explained as necessary preparation in order to reach the goal being accomplished. System planning consists of multiple organizations, activities, and lots of functions in the organizations. System planners should start with objectives to meet the needs with the stakeholders in mind, and indicate the organizational vision, principles, and mission.
